At Healing With Lesley, I blend Hypnotherapy, Trauma Therapy, MBIR, and EFT to gently release stress, trauma, and old emotional patterns and beliefs stored in the body and mind. Together, these deeply healing approaches calm your nervous system, restore balance, and help you feel lighter, clearer, and more at peace within yourself. Please allow up to 2 hours for this session.
